Psycho

Psycho is a film made by Sir Alfred Hitchcock, this was made in 1960. this film is about a women named marion crane, she had stolen some money from work and was on the run from the police and ends up at a motel. the owner and manager (Norman Bates) of the motel invites her to dinner in the parlor, Norman tells her that his mother is menatlly ill. after marion then goes back to her room to have a shower and whilst she is showering a shadowy figure appears and stabs her to death. then norman comes into the room and finds marions dead body on the floor and he then wraps her in the shower curtan and cleans up the bloody mess. he then puts the dead body in the  boot of her car and si nks the car in a nearby swamp.

back in Pheonix, marions sister and boyfriend have noticed that she has disappeared, so they hire a detective named Arbogast, and they confirmed that she had stolen the $40,000 from her employer, arbogast finally traces her steps to the motel and the way Norman acts makes him seem suspicious, arbogast then goes into the house and that same shadowy figure appears and murders arbogast.

when Marions sister (lila) and marions boyfriend (sam) had not heard from arbogast they go looking for him, they then ask the towns sherriff about Norman and his mother and the sherriff said that his mother died last year, norman sees the convosation from his house and hides his mother in the basement. sam and lila rent a room in the bates motel and searched the room that marion had stayed in. lila then finds a peice of papre with "$40,000" written on it, lila then goes into the house and looks for more clues to where Marion is and sees that Norman is coming so then she goes to hide in the basement, and she then finds Normans dead mother. norman then enters wearing his mothers clothes and a wig and tries to kill lila but sam arrives just in time to save lilas life.
